A Little About Us...
We are a crazy, fun-filled Canadian family of 5 that have have finally chosen to live 'in the moment'. Since late 2015 we have taken various steps to toward doing all the things we want in life NOW rather than waiting for retirement or some other more 'convenient' time. There is no more convenient time than the present. We've learned that life is short, and in the end all we have is time so why not live it up every day of our existence! As much, as we loved our lives in the suburbs, we still felt something was missing. As much as we enjoyed having a full time 'stable' job we knew we were not fully happy in our day-to-day lives. As of late 2016, we have opted to sell our house, quit the stable 9-5 job, buy an RV and prepare ourselves for a journey across the USA and Canada that will forever change our lives. Let's meet the team of trailblazers!
Meet the Team
(Madman or Madster)
At 6 years old, his nickname is self-explanatory as he enjoys living life to the fullest. Whether that's playing with scorpions and black widows in Texas to smashing things with rocks, this kid is as tough as they come LOL. Apart from that you'll never meet a happier kid who finds the fun in literally everything!
At 9 years old he has a quiet and sweet demeanour, but his passion these days is all things "survival". He spends his time learning skills around fort building, hunting, fishing and even wood whittling. He also enjoys regularly
wrestling and playing LEGO with his little brother (the Madman).
Our 11 year old passionate and loving Princess Shyla just loves traveling and seeing new places. Our travels have piqued her interest in traveling and she now has ambitions to travel around Europe and Asia one day. Shyla also enjoys learning the piano and trying new dance styles.
Wendy & Alex
(The COO & CEO)
Wendy (CEO) Otherwise known as the sticky stuff that holds the family together during the chaos...our CEO Wendy loves being one with nature, hiking daily and spending quality time with the family with virtually no schedules to adhere to.
As most COO's, he's the one who figures out how to makes things happen, executes and essentially does whatever the CEO needs lol.
